Has anyone here seen the new movie, House? It's based on a novel by Frank Peretti and Ted Dekker. It is a horror movie, but it looks good. The book was amazing. Here is the imdb link: House

Yeah. If my dad hadn't read it, I'd have seen the movie by now. But, he read it, and so I'll have to wait until she either changes her mind or I move out....probably the latter.

It's a horror story...and if you aren't used to reading that kind of stuff, it can easily scare you. And when you give a report on all the parts that Frank Peretti put in (the demonic or spiritual things), then that would be enough for any mom to say no. Frank Peretti writes spiritual thrillers, so he has a lot of that in his books. Ted Dekker writes suspense and thrillers, but most of them are about serial killers. Put them together and what do you get? House: the book gone movie that will make mothers all over worried about what their kids are reading....but the book is an amazing book and it's not bad.

Yeah. That book was amazing, but mothers see it differently.
